VITMEE is the entrance exam conducted by the VIT University for Admission to the masters programmes (M.Tech, MCA) available at the university

Exam Pattern will be as follows:

The VITMEE Exam will consist of Computer Based Tests and is completely online.
Candidates will have to answer 100 questions
Questions will be of multiple choice and numerical type questions
The total marks for the VITMEE Question Paper is 100.
The duration of the VITMEE exam will be 2 hours.
The Question Paper will be completely in English
There is no negative marking for wrong answers

Set Theory: Concept of set, set operations, cardinality, Cartesian product.

Matrices & Determinants: Addition, subtraction, multiplication and inverse of matrices, evaluation of determinant of order up to four.

Vector Algebra: Position vector, addition, subtraction, scalar multiplication, scalar product, vector product.

Statistics and probability
Frequency distribution, mean, median, mode, range, mean deviation, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation, regression, probability, conditional probability, Baye’s theorem, binomial, Poisson, normal distribution.
