Hello buddy as you want here we provides you me information related to quality assurance programme offer by College of Dental Technologists of Ontario as follows The Quality Assurance Program of the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario (CDTO) is founded on the belief that all active members (RDTs) are competent professionals committed to performing within the scope of dental technology practice in conformity with current and future practice standards and guidelines. The QAP comprises the following key components: Standards of Practice Continuing Quality Improvement Measures which include professional development profile comprising self-assessment Peer Assessment Practice Enhancement and Remediation Remediation of Behaviour and Remarks of a Sexual Nature The assessment will normally take about half a day. A typical assessment includes: Review of the planned assessment agenda Tour of the laboratory Review of records and documentation that impact on practice standards, quality assurance, continuous competence and supervision requirements Observation and interviews to assess the RDT’s performance against Standards of Practice and supervision guidelines A review at the end of the session for the assessor to share the findings. The assessor will discuss any non-compliance and any future actions if necessary.
