Qualification For Amity University

Hey I am Amrit, I am completed my 12th with 76% in Science Stream and now I want to take admission in Amity University for engineering so can you tell me what is the eligibility criteria for education is decided by Amity University for taking admission in engineering??

Amity University is a private research university in India. Established by Ashok Chauhan, through his non-profit Ritnand Balved Education Foundation in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, members of the Chauhan family hold various leadership roles in the school.

The academic eligibility criteria decided by Amity University for the admission in engineering is:

1. The minimum academic qualification for admission through JEE is that the candidate must have passed in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII), or its equivalent, referred to as the qualifying examination with 60% marks for general category candidates.

2. Those appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final, or equivalent, examination and whose results are not declared may also appear in counseling. Such candidates will be admitted provisionally, subject to the submission of proof of passing in qualifying examination at the allotted institution. In case they fail to comply for providing the proof of passing in the qualifying examination, their admission will stand cancelled.

3. Subject combinations required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.E. / B.Tech Courses shall be as under:

Physics & Mathematics
Any One Of The Optional Subject
Chemistry, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Biology
