Are you in your final year of study? Or have you completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate study in the last 2 years?

Do you have, or did you graduate with, a distinction average or higher?

Can you work full time when the graduate program starts in February 2016?

Will you be a Permanent Resident or an Australian/NZ citizen when you apply?

Would you be willing to relocate to Sydney?

If you've had work experience in a corporate environment or taken a leadership role in any extra-curricular activities, that's a bonus, so be sure to let us know.

Over two years and four rotations, you'll develop the skills you need to become a part of success story

Year One

In your first year at Qantas, they 'll make sure you're well and truly set up for success.

You'll kick off your journey with an in-depth induction program at our Corporate Headquarters in Mascot.

Your program manager will be on hand to support you every step of the way, and you'll be assigned a buddy for some extra help as well.

Year Two

By the time your second year begins, you'll be given more responsibility to kick important goals, and meet objectives that have a real impact on the business.

On top of that, you'll keep strengthening your leadership skills, with plenty of opportunities to work with senior leaders along the way.
