Punjab Technical University UGC

Hi I want to know that the Punjab Technical University is recognised by UGC or not? Also provide me the details of courses offered by this University and tell me the admission procedure of it?

Yes the Punjab Technical University is fully approved by UGC. The Punjab Technical University is offering its UG, PG, Doctoral courses these are recognized by UGC.

The PTU is a State Government University established by Government of Punjab by a Legislative Act.

The IKG-PTU is given recognition by University Grant Commission for running Distance Education Programme.

The PTU is also recognized under section 2(f) of UGC act and offers programs only as per nomenclature defined by UGC.

The university is promoting a number of courses in different streams in regular as well as distance education programmes.
