With reference to the trail mail, I have already paid the Service charges at the time of request given for Pre Closure of My Loan account. You have only collected the money from my end. And herewith enclosed the Payment receipt. Moreover your customer service is really pathetic and you have wasted My time almost 2 Hrs I have waited at your office to meet you. And your front office staff is not ready to share any of your staffs contact number. I have requested him to share the staff number so as to fix the appointment before visiting your branch. Your peoples are thinking your customers are doesn't have any job and they want to wait at your reception areas until getting your appointment. Pls correct such a practices and give approximate appointment time if any of your customer contacted before visiting your branch. Atleast you can save our time since we are also working in some other company.




As confirmed by you, since the value of pre closure loan amount is less, I will get a call within 2~3 working days. But almost 7days were passed to get mail communication. However you are asked to pay the service charges again which I hv already paid. Pls refer the attached proof.. Pls clarify. Is this right practice or you are asking additional charges for what..?



When will we get the confirmation to pay the final payment for pre closure of Loan. I am ready to close my loan. I have visited your branch in the next day of My EMI due date for requested for pre closure and also that EMI cleared. Now again I have to pay for some money for the period which you hv taken for processing the pre closure or again I have to pay for another EMI. Pls calrify.



Above all, I have tried your contact no. 044 24547518 many times. But nobody is ready to pick your given landline numbers.
