Punjab National Bank Block ATM Card

Can you tell me how to block ATM/Debit Card of PNB (Punjab National Bank) as I have lost it some where, please help me with this?

In case of loss/theft of ATM/Debit Card of PNB (Punjab National Bank), one shall immediately Block/Hotlist card to avoid any misuse for safety reason through following channels:

By calling call centre representative at 24 hours toll free helpline numbers 1800 180 2222, 1800 103 2222 or through paid helpline number 0120-2490000

IVRS module integrated with above toll free numbers

By sending SMS (HOT>space>Card Number) to 5607040 from registered mobile number

By contacting any PNB branch.

Debit card can also be hotlisted by register user of PNB Internet Banking:

Procedure of hotlisting of Debit Card through PNB Internet Banking
o User has to login in retail IBS account using the credentials. After successful login:
o One needs to click on Value added Service then Select ATM/Debit Card Hotlisting.
o Then select Account Number from drop down list to which the card required to be hotlisted is attached.
o Click on Continue.
o Cards attached to the selected account will be displayed.
o Select appropriate card number. (If, card number is not displayed, user can also enter card number manually in the space provided against label Card Number).
o Enter IBS Transaction Password Click on Submit.

Confirmation message of card being successfully hotlisted will appear immediately.
Debit card once hotlisted cannot be de-hotlisted

Failed/Wrong Cash Withdrawal Intimation of Debit Cards

All such complaints be lodged at Customer Relationship Centre by calling # 0120-2490000 and ( Toll Free)18001802222; 1800 103 2222.
Get Docket number for future reference.
