Hello, I am preparing for the JEE Mains exam. So I am looking for the list of the Colleges which accept the JEE Mains scores. Can you please provide me the list of the colleges and the syllabus of the JEE Mains??

JEE Mains is the entrance engineering test. You are looking for the list of the colleges in Punjab which accept the JEE Mains exam score. So I am providing it to you: Thapar University B.E in Civil Engineering Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana B.Tech in Civil Engineering Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology B.Tech in Computer Science I am also providing you the details of the JEE Mains exam: Number of the Seats available: Total seats are around 5.5 lakhs(approx). 30 NITs= 20,000 plus seats 5 IIITs = 2000 plus seats 6 IISERs + IISc = 2500 Plus Seats IIST + ISI = 500 Plus Seats Other deemed Universities ( National Level) = 5000 Plus Seats State Level Colleges = 5 Lakh plus Seats Paper Pattern: Objective type paper with equal weightage to physics, chemistry and mathematics.The JEE (Main) (Paper I) will have one objective type question paper. The paper will consist of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The duration of the paper will be 3 (Three) Hours. The Paper II for admissions to B.Arch/B.Planning courses at NITs, IIITs, DTU, Delhi and other CFTIs will have one Question Paper consisting of Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing Test as per past practice of AIEEE. The duration of the paper will be 3 (Three) Hours. Detailed bulletin is being prepared and will be published shortly The next JEE Mains Exam will be conducted on 7 Apr, 2016. Syllabus: Part 1 Tests Awareness of persons, places, buildings, and materials Objects and texture related to architecture and build environment Visualising 3D objects from two dimensional drawings Visualising different sides of 3D objects Analytical Reasoning Mental Ability (Visual, Numerical and Verbal) 3D perception: Understanding and appreciation of scale and proportion of objects, building forms and elements, colour texture, harmony and contrast. Design and drawing of geometrical or abstract shapes and patterns in pencil. Transformation of forms both 2D and 3D union, subtraction, rotation, development of surfaces and volumes, Generation of Plan, elevations and 3D views of objects. Creating 2D and 3D compositions using given shapes and forms. Sketching of scenes and activities from memory of urbanscape (public space, market, festivals, street scenes, monuments, recreational spaces etc.), landscape (river fronts, jungles. gardens, tre es, plants etc.) and rural life. Part 2 Test If the CBSE issues any information regarding change in the JEE Main syllabus for 2014 and 2015, this page will be updated accordingly. |
