2. Attested true copy of statement of marks of every year/semester of the qualifying examination.

3. Attested true copy of Migration certificate of previously attended University (in case of candidate passing qualifying examination from University other than Pune University.

4. Attested true copy of Non creamy layer certificate if Candidate belongs to NT-C, NT-D, or OBC Category.

5. Attested true copy of Reserved Category Certificate from the competent authority (applicable to candidate belonging to reserved category)

6. Attested true copy of Birth certificate/school leaving certificate.

7. Relevant documentary proof to avail admission through sports quota.
