All applications are processed by an outside credit company which is usually received back in our office 24-48 hours after sent into the company. There is a fee to process all applications ranges from $40-$50.00. All prospective tenants can be denied for items such as bad credit, unlawful acitivity, bad rental history, etc. All prospective tenants must be 18 years or older All prospective tenants where income cannot be verified via fax documents must provide proof of income as requested by PSPM. Here as per your demand I am providing you list of the Full Management Services offered by Puget Sound Property Management Inc -Market vacant rental properties online.
