Central Bureau of Investigation Public Prosecutor exam eligibility criteria are as here:

Qualifying Exam
Candidates who want to become public prosecutors must appear for the examination that is set by the Union Public Service commission (UPSC).
The written test is followed by an interview. The selected candidates will be notified through mail.

Eligibility;

They must be atleast 35 years at the time of applying.
The Candidates who are applying for the post of senior prosecutor must be a minimum 40 years of age.

The minimum qualification required for the candidates is a Degree in Law.

Paper pattern
The test will be of two hours’ duration and will carry a maximum of 100 marks.

The test will be objective type questions with multiple choices of answers.

There will be penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question.
If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question
