Do you have some news regarding the dates for Pre Teacher Eligibility Test (PTET) 2017 for admission in Bachelor of Education or B Ed program in Rajasthan State? University of Kota conducts Pre Teacher Eligibility Test (PTET) for admission in Bachelor of Education or B Ed program in the colleges in Rajasthan State.  Important Dates: Commencement of Application Form: last week of March 2017. Last date for Submission of Application Fee: 2nd Week of April 2017. Last date for Submission of Application Form: 3rd Week of April 2017. Date of Exam: ----- Educational Qualification: Applicants should have Graduation with at least 50% marks and (45% for SC/ST, OBC, PWD, Divorcee widow women) can apply for this examination. Age Limitation: Aspirants who are interested in Rajasthan PTET 2017 Online Application Form to apply their minimum age should be 21 years. The reserved category applicants will get the age relaxation as per the norms. Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the fee of Rs.500/- which need to be paid using the effective and prescribed gateway. They have to pay Rs. 10/- to E-Mitra centers. Selection Mode: Applicant’s selection will be based on their performance in Entrance Examination marks and then qualifiers will be called for counselling. The Entrance Examination will be conducting for checking the applicants’ mental ability and the knowledge also. PTET Syllabus The PTET examination will consist of one question paper containing following four sections: • Mental Ability • Teaching Attitude & Aptitude Test • General Awareness, and • Language Proficiency (Hindi or English) Section A: Mental ability section shall consist of 50 objective type multiple choice question to test the following abilities: (i) Reasoning (ii) Imagination (iii) Judgement & Decision Making, (iv) Creative Thinking, (v) Generalization, (vi) Drawing inferences, etc. Section B: Teaching Attitude and Aptitude test section shall consist of 50 questions mainly on the following areas: (i) Social Maturity, (ii) Leadership, (iii) Professional Commitment, (iv) Interpersonal Relations. (v) Communication, (vi) Awareness etc. This will be test of attitudes and awareness in which answers to question will be scored on a scale of 3, 2, 1 and 0. Section C: General Awareness section shall consist of 50 objective type multiple questions mainly regarding the following areas: (i) Current Affair (National and International), (ii) Indian History & Culture, (iii) India and its Natural resources, (iv) Great Indian Personalities (Past and Present), (v) Environmental awareness, (vi) Knowledge about Rajasthan etc. Section D: Language Proficiency (English or Hindi) Section shall consists of 50 objective type multiple questions regarding proficiency in Hindi or English Language mainly related to the following aspects: (i) Vocabulary, (ii) Functional Grammar, (iii) Sentence Structures, (iv) Comprehension etc. Last edited by sumit; 3rd December 2019 at 07:55 AM. |
