PSU Inplant training Procedure

I want to take inplant training in PSU's like BHEL, SAIL, GAIL, NTPC, NHPC . Can you please provide the procedure?

There is no fix procedure or fixed time table in any PSU for taking in Summer Interns/Trainees.

If you have approach then he/she will get firm of their choice.

In order to get into an inplant training in PSU, you need to have some one known in that company ,who would recommend your name to the managing director or to the HR.

It is possible only through a known working personnel, you would be able to get into PSU .

Simply it means that source is very important for the inplant training in PSU .

As you have not specified your stream so i can’t suggest you properly some other government sector where you can get training.

The criteria is that the training should be relevant to your studies

A letter from your Institute is a must, after you shortlist the PSU and the nature of training.

Hey , as I get information there is not any fix process to apply for training program offered by the PSU’s.

General process for apply to training:

Get the recommendation letter from your institute.

Fill the application form for training.

With application attach documents as :

Recommendation letter

Resume

No objection letter

Academic records.

Project detail (if any)

The training officer of the company reviews your application.

After reviewing if you are eligible for training they inform you shortly so wait for the reply for minimum of 10-15 days.

After getting reply you may have to appear in written test and interview.

After selection you may have to pay fee and can attend training program.
