PSG Institute of Advanced Studies was constituted by PSG & Sons' Charities in 2005 with a mandate to design and deliver innovative higher education programmes in India in collaboration with world class institutions to meet the critical manpower needs of our country

PSG IAS offers the Graduate Programme in Management (MBA) in colloboration with College of Business Administration, the University of Toledo.

The MBA program offered by the University of Toledo at PSG campus brings an international flavour to Indian students.

The Objective of the programme is to go beyond giving the students a management degree. It prepares students for life-long careers as leaders and contributing professionals.

Entry Requirements & Enrolling

l Academic Qualification
Pass in any degree examination of any recognized university or equivalent thereto. Minimum composite score of 550 in Management Aptitude Test (MAT), conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) and a language comprehension of not less than 40 or equivalent thereto

2. Group discussion and Personal Interview

The Programme

The programme is offered on a trimester pattern. Each trimester will be of 10-12 week duration.

Every student has to go through 6 trimesters for the completion of the programme.

The courses are offered at various levels.

Level 1 :

The Foundation Courses consists of introductory graduate level business courses and is designed to be completed in the first year of full-time study.

Level 2:

The Core Courses are designed for in-depth study of the many facets of business management, ending with the Strategic Management Capstone, which "pulls it all together."

The capstone features lectures, guest speakers and case analysis, requiring students to apply their MBA education toward real-world scenarios.

Level 3:

The Elective Courses that gives an opportunity to specialize and tailor the MBA to meet individuals specific career goals

The specializations offered are:
-Marketing
-Finance
-Human Resources
-Entrepreneurship

Students who wish to take Electives in more than one specializations are allowed to do so and will be designated as an MBA student with a specialization in General Administration. Students are also allowed to specialize in more than one area if they desire.

Level 4:
Business practicum - a requirement for all MBA students
