1. Title of the proposed Project/Investigation

2. Name of Investigator with designations

3. (a) Proposed date of commencement

(b) Proposed duration

(c) P.D.C.

4. Type of the Project/Investigation :

(a) Whether it is basic /applied research or development work.

(b) In case of development, state whether the development of a new store/technique or modification of an existing one.

(c) Is this project a part of other main project?

5. Particulars of previous work/feasibility study on which the proposal is based.

6. Aim of the Project/Investigation (including its importance/exact application).

7. Technical Appreciation

(a) List of Major sub-systems or stages.

(b) Work already done on any sub-system or stage.

(c) Type of special technology/information/know-how required, if any.

(d) Availability of information at (c)

(i) Within Pune University.

(ii) Outside the University but in India.

(iii) Outside the country.

(e) Method Proposed to fill up the gaps, if any.

8. Manpower

(a) Requirement by way of special skills, if any.

(b) Availability

(c) If not available, remedial measures proposed :
