As you want to get the details of process to get admission in LLB after class 12 so here it is for you:

I want to tell you that after class 12th you are not eligible to get admission in LLB

After class 12th you can pursue BA LLB or BBA LLB

For these courses you will have to give the exam of Common Law Admission Test

These courses are of generally 5 years divided in 10 semesters

Important Dates:
1. Date of Issue of First Admission Notification 22nd December 2013 (Sunday)
2. Date of commencement of accessibility to/ submission of online Application Forms and Information Brochure 1st January 2014 (Wednesday)
3. Last Date for submission of filled-in Application forms 15th April 2014 (Tuesday) by 11:59 p.m.
4. Accessibility of Admit Cards/ Hall Tickets By 14th April 2014 (Monday)
5. Date of Common Law Admission Test – 2014 11th May 2014 (Sunday) {03:00 to 5:00p.m}
6. Date of Declaration of Results 6th June 2014 (Friday)
7. Commencement of counselling period for first 2500 candidates 7th June 2014 (Saturday)
8. Last Date for the counselling period and Feedeposit with CLAT Office for first 2500 candidates in the merit list 15th June 2014 (Sunday) by 11:00 a.m.
{Offline Fee-deposit shall be made by 13.06.2014, Friday (4:00 p.m.).
Online Fee-deposit shall be made by

9. Last Date for exercising the option to remain in the admission process for first 2500 candidates in the merit list 15th June 2014 (Sunday) by 11:00 a.m.
10. Publication of Provisional Allotment List of candidates allotted to various Universities against the actual seats and Waiting List 16th June 2014 (Monday)
11. Last Date for exercising the option to remain with the allotted University/admission process by the candidates in the Provisional Allotment List 18th June 2014 (Wednesday) by 10:00
a.m.
12. Publication of First Subsidiary List of candidates allotted to various Universities against the actual left out seats 19th June 2014 (Thursday)
13. Last Date for exercising the option to remain with the allotted University/admission process by the candidates in the First Subsidiary List 21st June 2014 (Saturday) by 10:00 a.m.
14. Publication of Second Subsidiary List of candidates allotted to various Universities against the actual left out seats 22rd June 2014 (Sunday)
15. Last Date for exercising the option to remain with the allotted University/admission process by the candidates in the Second Subsidiary List 24th June 2014 (Tuesday) by 10:00 a.m
16. Publication of Third Subsidiary List of candidates allotted to various Universities against the actual left out seats 25th June 2014 (Wednesday)
17. Last Date for exercising the option to remain with the allotted University/admission process by the candidates in the Third Subsidiary List 27th June 2014 (Friday) by 10:00 a.m
18. Publication of Fourth Subsidiary List of candidates allotted to various Universities against the actual left out seats 28th June 2014 (Saturday)
19. Last Date for exercising the option to remain with the allotted University by the candidates in the Fourth Subsidiary List 29th June 2014 (Sunday) by 2:00 p.m
20. Completion of Admission Formalities at the University level by submitting required certificates/documents by the candidates admitted against the Provisional Allotment List and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Subsidiary Lists by depositing fees 30th June – 3rd July 2014 (Monday-Thursday)
21. Submission of detailed report by the member Universities to the CLAT Convener 4th July 2014 (Friday)
22. Announcement of Final List of admitted Candidates 6th July 2014 (Sunday)
23. Closure of Admission Process by CLAT Office 6th July 2014 (Sunday)

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed class 12th with minimum of 45% for the general ones and it is 40% for the reserved ones

Exam Pattern:
Duration of the examination – 2 hours
Total number of MCQs – 200
Total marks for CLAT 2015 UG – 200
There shall be a system of Negative Marking wherein 0.25 marks will be deducted for each of the wrong answers.
In the event of equal marks scored by two or more candidates in the CLAT 2015, the tie will be broken by the following procedure and order:
Higher marks in the section of Legal aptitude.
Higher age
Computerized draw of lots.

After passing the Class 12th, you can you can choose LLB (Hons.) course to get into law area.

Here, I am giving you procedure for admission in B.A.LLB (Hons.) course.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants should have passed class XII (10+2) examination from any recognized Board with minimum 45% marks (40% for S.C. /S.T. candidates). Students who are appearing in class 12th may also eligible to apply.

Age Criteria:

Candidate age should be less than 20 years and age should not more than 22 years.

Selection Criteria: Selection of the candidate on LLB course based on the entrance exam, according to entrance exam merit seat is allocated to students.
