As you want to know the process to apply for the research grant for Ph D while doing Masters in IGNOU So, here I am providing you the process you should follow that…

Firstly go on the official website of the IGNOU then at the top of the page there is a tab of about IGNOU.
Click on that then click on Institutes/Centres/Cells/Units.
Then click on Research Unit (RU).
Then at the left of the page there is tab of Research Degree Programmes click on that.
On the next page there are three options and that are:
Applications are invited for admission to PHD Programme in the Physics Discipline for July 2014 Academic Session
Result of Entrance Examination January 2014 Cycle
Rejected Candidates for January 2014 Cycle
Click on required option that you want.
