Can I join Merchant navy after completing B.Tech IT Engineering, give eligibility to join merchant navy???

Yes, of course you are eligible to join Merchant navy after completing B.Tech IT Engineering.
Here are eligibility criteria:

If your age is between 17.5 years TO 28 years then, you have following criteria:

You Scored (Avg) less than 50% in final year of BE/B tech (any stream)
You Scored (Avg) 50% or more in final year of BE/B tech Engineering (any stream)
You Scored (Avg) 50% or more in final year of BE/B tech Engineering (Mechanical)
You Scored (Avg) 50% or more in final year of BE/B tech Engineering (Naval Architecture)
You Scored (Avg) 50% or more in final year of BE/B tech Engineering (Mechanical & Automation)
You Scored (Avg) 50% or more in final year of BE/B tech Engineering (Electrical)
You Scored (Avg) 50% or more in final year of BE/B tech Engineering (Electronics)
You Scored (Avg) 50% or more in final year of BE/B tech Engineering (Electrical & Electronics)
