Procedure to Join Indian Army after 10+2 PCM

I have completed 10+2 with PCM . What is the procedure to join Indian Army ?

Here are two ways to join Indian Army after 10+2 with PCM
•
National Defense Academy (NDA) Entry

Applicants who desire for the officer posts in Indian Army can join Indian Army through NDA entry after 10 +2.

Applicants appearing in 12th Exam can apply for NDA exam subject to other qualification.

Generally, the Employment notification of this entry is published in June and December by UPSC.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be unmarried citizen of India as per Indian citizenship laws.

Age Limits:

Age of Applicants candidates to enter through NDA is 16 ½ years to 19 ½ years as on the first day of the month in which course is going to start.

Educational Qualification:
Applicants should have passed 12th class as 10 + 2 system or equivalent from recognized board of India.

Applicants must have passed 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects for Indian Air force and Indian Navy.

Selection Procedure:
Applicants have to appear for objective type written exam held at various centers across India.

After successful completion of Services Selection Board (SSB ) Interview, Applicants sent of medical checkup.

A final merit list prepared from these candidates to enroll them for degree course of National Defense Academy, Khadakwasla, Maharashtra.

Technical Entry Scheme (TES) Entry

After passing 12th class, candidates can apply for Technical Entry Scheme Course to join Indian Army.

Majorly notifications are issued in the May/ June and Oct/ Nov of each year.

Eligibility criteria:
Applicants should be unmarried and hold citizenship of India as per the rules of Government.

Age limits:
Applicants should be in between 16 ½ years and 19 ½ years of age on the first date of the month in which the batch is commencing.

Educational Qualification:

Applicants should have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).

Selection Procedure:
Applicants will be called for SSB interview which is organized for 5 days.

Applicants have to go through two stages, comprised of Intelligence test, a picture perception and discussion test in stage 1 while stage 2 covers aptitude test, GTO tests and personal interview.
