Tech Mahindra selection process has Aptitude test, Technical Interview and then HR Interview. The basic requirements to apply are as following:

SSC: 60%
HSC: 60%
Diploma: 60%
B.E.: 60% (aggregate) with 1 live back-log allowed.

Following skills are also required:
java.
C-Language.
C++.
Dot net.
Data base management.

The selection procedure has following stages:
Written exam
Group Discussion
Technical Interview
Personal Interview
