UPCPMT 2014 Important Dates
Remember the following UPCPMT Important dates.
Start of online registeration-18 April 2014
End of Registration- 20th May 2014
Date of Exam: 22 June 2014.


Online Registration Procedure UPCPMT Application
-UPCPMT Application Form can be filled online mode only
-First of all you have to fill the registration form with your mobile number as login id and date of birth as your password.
-You have to enter your email id during UPCPMT registration process.
- Only one mobile can be used to fill only one application
-A verification code will be sent to you after registration.
- You can log in only after entering verification code
-Fill all the relevant and mandatory fields given in the UPCPMT Application Formas per mentioned guideline
-After filling up all the mandatory field you must verify the entered information before clicking on submit button.
-Once you click on submit button you cannot edit it and the information entered will be deemed as final

UPCPMT Application Form 2016 is for the Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test.

Well you cant fill the form at present as the last date was in the May 2015 but you can apply for the next session in the month of the march I am giving you the process below

Application Process

Go to the official site for the Registration


You have to fill the details like name, email id, mobile number, password etc.

You will get a verification code on their mobile and email after registration

You have to use verification code while login.

You have to upload scanned passport size photo and signature.

Before submitting verify all details and submit application.

At last pay the application fee and complete the process

Eligibility

You should have passed 10th+2 with minimum 50% in Physics chemistry and biology.

You should have age at least of 17 years and not more than 25 years.

Age relaxation for reserved category candidates is applicable as per government norms.
