As you want to get the procedure to apply for IES Examination, so I want to tell you that UPSC conducts IES Examination, I am giving you the procedure of applying:

For applying IES Examination, firstly you will have to go on official website of UPSC.

On that page you will get one option of UPSC Online Applications in the left side of page.

You have to do click on that page, and then you will get one new page.
On that page you will get one more option of Online Application For Various Examinations Of UPSC in the mid of page.

You have to do click on that option and then you will get one more new page.

On that page whenever application form would be available for IES exam 2015.

And then you have to do click on application form option and then you will have to fill required information and then you have to click on submit option and by following this procedure you can apply for this exam.
