The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a professional degree that integrates leadership, management experiences and team projects. While Princeton does not have an MBA program, they prepare students to apply to business schools. As a business school graduate, you will emerge highly trained and broadly trained to assume positions in a wide variety of business settings from corporations and health care to nonprofit and entrepreneurial arenas. The Application Process Applications may be reviewed as early as October and November, and there may be two or three application rounds with final deadlines in March. Every school will provide information about deadlines and procedures on their website. MBA Admissions Interview The focus of the interview will be your work experience and the benefit of an MBA to your career goals. You can also highlight your accomplishments, skills, strengths and personal qualities that make you a strong candidate. Who Conducts Interviews? Interviews may be conducted by: The admissions staff Faculty members In some cases, alumni The GMAT- The Graduate Management School Admissions Test (GMAT), produced by GMAC, takes three-and-a-half hours, and includes four main sections: Analytical writing: Analysis of an argument Integrated reasoning: Multi-source reasoning, graphics interpretation, two-part analysis and table analysis Quantitative: Data sufficiency and problem solving Verbal: Reading comprehension, critical reading and sentence correction The GRE- The GRE, produced by ETS, is offered in both computer-adaptive and paper-and-pencil formats.
