Introduction
Prime numbers are of fundamental importance in mathematics in general, and number theory in particular. So it is of great interest to study different properties of prime numbers.

The Idea
Test is based on the following identity for prime numbers which is a generalization of Fermat’s Little Theorem. This identity was the basis for a randomized polynomial-time algorithm in [AB03]

Notation and Preliminaries
The class P is the class of sets accepted by deterministic polynomial-time Turing machines [Lee90]. See [Lee90] for the definitions of classes NP, co-NP, etc.
