Prepare for aptitude tests. Aptitude test is conducted to reduce the number of candidates to make the recruitment process easier. You need to work on your aptitude skills.


Practice your communication skills. You do not need to have the just right English. Recruiters look for candidates who can express what they think, not English majors.


Be prepared with GD topics. Knowledge of current GD topics ensures you update yourself on current affairs. It will ensure your confidence in group discussions too.


Develop your resume. One’s resume is the gateway to the panel. Prepare it yourself and do not miss on points which highlight your strength other than your academic qualification.


Dress formally. Dress up formally only and make sure that you take all the necessary documents as proof for interview.
