Preparation required for IAS, IPS, IFS Exam after 12th

Can i start preparation for IAS, IPS, IFS exam after completed 12th standared & also give some books to prepare for exam???

Sorry to say you can not apply for IAS, IPS, IFS exam after 12th, those exam required a bachelors degree.

Indian Administrative Service, IPS & IFS exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
It is also known as CSE (Civil Service Examination).
Here are the details related to that:

Nationality:
A candidate must be a citizen of:
A citizen of India, or
A subject of Nepal, or
A subject of Bhutan, or

Required qualification:
The candidate must hold a bachelors degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India

The candidate who possesses professional and technical qualification recognised by Government equivalent to the professional and technical degree can also apply.

A candidate who has passed the final professional M.B.B.S. or any other Medical Examination but has not completed internship by the time of submission of application for the Civil Services (Main) Examination can also apply.

Age Limits
Candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August
