Please tell me that am I eligible for the Post Graduate Medical Exams of Maharashtra after passing MBBS from GMC Jammu and Kashmir ?

No , you are not eligible for appear in Maharashtra Post Graduate Medical CET exam for admission in Maharashtra medical college after passing MBBS from GMC Jammu and Kashmir. Eligibility for Maharashtra Post Graduate Medical CET exam: Applicant must be an Indian National. Applicant should have a Nationality Certificate issued by District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate or Chief Metropolitan Magistrate or valid passport or School Laving Certificate of HSC/12th Std. indicating the nationality of the candidate as “Indian” shall constitute the proof of nationality. Applicants who have passed final M.B.B.S. examination and completed/completing one year internship training from a recognized medical college (Annexure E) included in the Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and situated in Maharashtra are eligible. Medical College should have been affiliated to Non-Agricultural Universities established under Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994 or the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998 or Medical College affiliated to Deemed university as per University Grant commission Act of 1956 under section 13/A, situated in Maharashtra. Applicant should have obtained registration either from the Medical Council of India or Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) will be eligible to appear for PGM-CET 2014 Candidates who have pass MBBS examination from foreign University are not eligible for PGM CET . As you have asked about the eligibility details for the post graduate Medical exams of Maharashtra, I am providing you with that Applicants who are local of Maharashtra and wish to pursue MD/MS/MDS programmes are advised to read the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. Applicant who is an Indian National is eligible for MH PGM PGD CET 2016.Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Non Resident Indians (NRI)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) are not entitled for the entrance exam Applicants must have cleared or will be passing their MBBS or BDS completing 1 year internship training by March 31, 2016 from a recognized medical/dental colleges situated in Maharashtra are eligible for the exam The applicants who have gained registration either from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) will be eligible to appear for MH PGM CET 2016. Contenders who have passed MBBS examination from foreign University are not eligible for the MH PGM CET 2016 The applicant should have got registration either from the Dental Council of India (DCI) or Maharashtra Dental Council (MMC) will be eligible to appear for MH PGD CET 2016. Contenders who have passed BDS examination from foreign University are not eligible for the MH PGM CET 2016 The applicants who are domiciled in Maharashtra and who have obtained admission under 15% quota for All India Pre Medical Test Entrance Examination (AIPMT) for MBBS/BDS course in the medical college/institution situated outside Maharashtra State and who have got the degree from a University situated outside the State of Maharashtra will also be eligible for MH PGM CET 2016 |
