Hello, here I am providing you the details of the post basic nursing B.Sc course offered by AIIMS as under:

Course:
B.Sc. (Hons). (Post Certificate)

Eligibility:
10+2 or equivalent Certificate in Gen. Nsg. & Midwifery and be an 'A' Grade Nurse, registered with State Nurses Registration council. Minimum 3yrs. experience as a staff Nurse in a recognised hospital or as a public health nurse.
In case of male nurse, he should have obtained a certificate in General Nursing and instead of training in Midwifery, training in any two subjects out of the following;
(a) Venereal Disease Nursing;
(b) Tuberculosis Nursing;
(c) Ophthalmic Nursing;
(d) Psychiatric Nursing;
(e) Operation Theatre Techniques.
He/She should be an "A' Grade Nurse registered with the State Nurses Registration Council

Duration:
2 years

Entrance exam Paper pattern:
Part A - Physics 30 marks
Part B - Chemistry 30 marks
Part C - Biology 30 marks
Part D - General Knowledge 10 marks
Hours: 2
