Is it possible to change my college in 2nd year?

Please tell me that is it possible to get admission in another college in 2nd year in B.Tech college ?

As per my information it is possible to change college from one college to another under the same university.

For getting admission to another college in 2nd year you have to take Transfer certificate from your college.

Then you have to apply in new college.

If there is an vacant seat available you can get admission there.

For taking admission in another college you should check availability of the seat in another college first.
