Pondicherry University Grade to Percentage Conversion

I want to take admission in M.Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering course offered at Pondicherry University .How to convert the CGPA into percentage ?

Pondicherry University was came into existence in the year 1985 and it is located at Puducherry, India .

To convert CGPA into percentage marks, the following formula shall be used:

% Mark = (CGPA - 0.5) ×10

It offers admission in two year duration M.Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering course.

Eligibility—

Applicants must have passed B.E / B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering / Communication Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering / Information Technology .

Applicants must have obtained 55% marks in the degree examination or equivalent CGPA.

There is no age limit for M.Tech. programmes.


Admission Criteria—

The admission shall be decided by the respective
institutes offering M.Tech. programmes subject to conforming to relevant regulations of the
Pondicherry University.
