Well The Open University Policing UK Consortium is a rising collaboration between 16 police forces and The Open University.

It aim to create research evidence and use it in practice as well as develop education and knowledge

Open Educational Resources (OER) are free, bite-sized, informal short courses (from 10 minutes to 30 or so hours of study)

They are available on the internet (e.g. on a laptop, tablet or smartphone), to use when you want and where you want and are open to anyone.
