Hello, I want to apply for Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) of Kerala Directorate of Collegiate Education (DCE) so can you please tell me the eligibility criteria to apply for this Scholarship? Also provide me the application form to apply for Post Matric Scholarship (PMS)?
