Punjab Pre Medical Test is held for admission of aspiring applicants to various bachelor medical courses such as M.B.B.S., B.D.S.across Punjab.

PMET is conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot on behalf of Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar.

Seats
There are about 20 Medical/Dental colleges in Punjab for which admission is given through Punjab Medical Entrance Test. I

In all these colleges 85% seats are reserved for Punjab applicants and 15% seats for Outside Punjab applicants
