Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree or graduation from vocational or technical training related to plumbing, pipefitting, or facility renovation or construction.

More than five years journey-level experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.

Experience working in a large university, commercial, or industrial physical plant environment

Ability to effectively interact and communicate with building clients, stakeholders, co-workers, and supervisors in a team environment.
