Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar is an "Engineering and Technology" Higher Education Institute .

It is located at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

It was Founded in 2008 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India .

IIT Bhubaneshwar did not allow any Companies offering packages Below 5 Lakh per Annum to recruit students, but the news is that even after it has been 3 weeks after the campus placements have started not even 50% of the students got placed.


94 students are graduating from the IIT Bhubaneswar this year and these include 38 students in mechanical, 37 in electrical and 19 in civil engineering. Of them, only 45 have got offers from recruiters.
