The Placement Committee of Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak is a student body that has been formed to interact with companies on a continuous basis in order to bring the optimum and best-fit career opportunities to the students for their summer and final placements.

It also facilitates prospective employers by organizing institute-industry interactions regularly and providing complete support for arranging placement activities on the campus.

IIM Rohtak successfully completed the final placement process for the Batch of 2018 with 100% placements including several international offers made to the students by diverse firms.

There was a marked increase in the number of companies visiting the campus with 40+ new companies making offers to the students. Moreover, the year witnessed a steep increase in the number of PPIs and PPOs offered to the students.

There was also the presence of International recruiters like Tolaram Group and Square yards on the campus offering some of the most sought after profiles. Highest salary offered was 30 lakhs pa and average was 11.7 lakhs pa.
