Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) conducts All India Common Entrance Test acronym as PIMS AICET (All India Common Entrance Test) UG to admit students to the MBBS and BDS undergraduate level courses offered by the university.

The test consists of one question paper of 3 hours duration, containing 200 multiple choice questions, 50 questions each for the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
