I want to get admission in PhD in Indian Institute of Technology Bombay so can you please tell me the last date of admission?

Indian Institute of Technology Bombay invited application for admission in PhD program from March 17th, 2016 to April 5th, 2016.

The Written Test & Interview of PhD was conducted on May 11th, 2016

Ph.D. Admissions

Eligibility:

B. Tech./M.Tech. (or equivalent) degrees in any branch of Engineering or M.Sc degree in any discipline with 60% marks (55% marks for SC / ST)

Adequate Exposure/Experience in carrying out Field Work and /or Technology Transfer/Project Management and to Contemporary International issues related to Technology and Development is considered desirable

Written Test:

Candidates short-listed on the basis of the GATE score are invited to appear for the written test.

The test is compulsory and is common for all candidates, irrespective of their discipline or the category in which they apply (TA/RA/PS/IS/SW etc).

Interview:

Candidates short-listed on the basis of the performance in the written test are invited to appear for the interview

Selection:

The final selection would be based on the qualifications, recommendations, GATE score, Statement of Purpose SOP, research project proposal, written test and interview.
