I have completed Masters Degree in Management and now want to do Ph.D. In Management from the Jawaharlal Nehru University so please give me details about the eligibility criteria required for admission? Also give me some details about there admission process?

I would like to know if Phd in Management can be pursued from JNU as would like to do the course?

As you wants to do Phd in Management from the JNU let me tell you that as per my knowledge the JNU does not offered Phd in Management if offers Phd in following streams that are as follow :

Economics Stream
Geography Stream
Population Stream


if you interested in doing phd in following streams here I am giving you the Admission details of the Phd program of the JNU that is as follow :

Eligibility criteria:
Candidates enjoying employed status and selected for admission shall be required to produce LEAVE SANCTION ORDER for a period of two years at the time of admission/registration

However, there is a limited provision of exemption of this requirement to candidates employed in research and teaching institutions located in NCR


Important dates:
Last date for receipt of completed Application Form along with all documents is 29th January 2016
Application Forms for Winter Semester beginning January 2017 will be available from 01st September to 14th October 2016
Last Date for Submitting the Application Forms will be 14th October 2016

Application Fees
For General/OBC Category: Rs.420/- (Rs.200/- for cost of application form + Rs.220/- for processing fee)
Fo SC/ST & PH Category: Rs.310/- (Rs.200/- for cost of application form + Rs.110/- for processing fee)
For BPL Category: Rs.110/- for processing fee
For FN Candidates: Rs.1850/- (Rs.200/- for cost of application form + Rs. 1650/- for processing fee)
