Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIM Rohtak) offers PHD program (Doctoral Programme in Management (FPM)) as higher learning/research course in management.

Eligibility for FPM course :

Applicant should have :

Post-Graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Secure at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Or

Qualifications of CA, ICWA or CS .
Secure at least 50% marks.

Or

Professional qualifications such as MBBS, LLB and similar qualifications.
Secure at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Or

Engineering degrees, viz., B.Tech and B.E.
Secure at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Qualifying Examination

Applicants should have a valid test score in any of the following tests:
CAT conducted by IIMs
GMAT/GRE (General/Advanced)
UGC/CSIR JRF (other JRFs will not be considered)
GATE
PGDM of IIMs not older than 5 years

Financial Aid

Participants of the FPM will be given a fellowship as :

Rs. 25,000/- per month in the first and second years;
Rs. 30,000/- per month for the third and fourth years.

Merit fellowship :
Rs. 10,000/- per month in the second year
Rs. 15,000/- per month in the third and fourth years .

All participants receive a contingency grant of Rs. 1,85,000/- distributed across four years of the program.

Qualifying Examination:

A candidate should have a valid test score not older than two years from the date of application in any of the following tests:
1. CAT conducted by IIMs
2. GMAT/GRE (General/Advanced)
3. UGC/CSIR JRF (other JRFs will not be considered)
4. GATE

Eligibility:

Candidates should have at least one of the following qualifications:

Post-Graduate degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA

Engineering Degrees, viz., B.Tech and B.E, with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA

Candidates with qualifications equivalent to MBA as approved by the Association of Indian Universities .

Financial Aid:

The participants of the FPM will be given a fellowship of Rs. 25,000/- per month in the first and second years; and Rs. 30,000/- per month for the third and fourth years.

In addition to this, a merit fellowship of Rs. 10,000/- per month in the second year and Rs. 15,000/- per month in the third and fourth years is given to the deserving participants.

All the participants will receive a contingency grant of Rs. 1,85,000/- distributed across four years of the programme.
