In which month admission notification for Ph.D. Programme publish by University of Kota in 2015 , as I want to do PhD from KOTA university, that why I would like to know that when university will conduct entrance exam for its PhD program admission ???

The University of Kota invites applications for admission to PhD Program in various subjects

Admission to PhD program will be made through entrance examination and interview.

University of Kota PHD Admission

Eligibility Criteria-

Masters degree in relevant subject from any recognized University with at least 55% marks is eligible for entrance test for PhD admission (relaxation of 5% for SC/ST and physically handicapped candidates)

The student who has qualified an exam conducted by professional bodies leading to CA, CS, ICWA, PGDM approved by AICTE, New Delhi is also eligible for the entrance test

Exemption from Entrance Test:

Those who have qualified UGC/CSIR NET (JRF), ICSSR, ICPR Exam/ SET/GATE (with a valid score)/Teacher Research Fellowship holder

A candidate who has passed M.Phil Program through Entrance Exam & Course work

The entrance test will be conducted in the following subjects

Science: (i) Chemistry (Chemical Sciences)-02, (ii) Zoology (Life Sciences)-02, (iii) Physical (Physical Sciences)-04

Social Sciences: (i) History-02

Scheme of Entrance Test

The examination will be of two hours duration and the maximum marks of the test will be 100.

There will be one paper consisting of two parts; each part will be of 50 marks.

For passing the test, the candidate has to score minimum 40% marks in each part separately and minimum 50% marks in aggregate
