Eligibility Criteria for Admission:

Applicants with M. Tech / M.E./M.S. qualification in relevant disciplines with excellent academic record with minimum CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale or equivalent or 60% marks and with 60% aggregate in Xth , XIIth and B.Tech/B.E. will be considered eligible for admission in Ph.D. program in Engineering and Technology.

Exemption from Written Examination

Candidates who have cleared the NET-JRF/ LS of UGC/ CSIR / ICAR/ ICMR/ GATE in last 2 years shall be exempted from the entrance examination.

They will however be required to appear for the Personal Interview.

Applications for admission to PhD Programs are accepted twice a year, October - December for January session and April - June for July session

Application fee:

The Admission Form is to be filled online by paying an amount of Rs1100/- with a credit card/ Debit card. No hard copies will be accepted.

This section shall be divided into two parts – 25 questions shall be from the PhD Programme subject & 20 questions from the PhD Programme subject / allied subject.
