Please tell me that can I continue my Ph.D from any one of the 44 blacklisted deemed universities? Give me the name of blacklisted deemed universities?

According to me, you have to go for any other university instead of 44 blacklisted deemed universities because if you complete your PhD form one of them then may be your degree is not valid. If any blacklisted university gives you valid degree then you may go for this.
