UPSESSB Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Staff Selection Board conducts the exam for UPPGT.

Eligibility for this exam:
Applicants must have a post graduate in any discipline of science/arts/commerce.

Applicants must have B.Ed degree holder also along with the post graduate degree.

Date of TGT/ PGT Written Exam
Written Exam Date for Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) – 01.02.2015 and 08.02.2015.

Selection Procedure:
Selection is based on Written exam, interview and Special qualification basis.

Distribution of Marks given here under-
1.Written Exam- 85% Marks
2. Interview- 10% Marks
3. Special Qualification- 5% Marks
a. For P.hd/ D.Phil Degree- 2% Marks
b. For M.Ed Degree- 2% Marks
c. For B.Ed Degree- 1% Marks

Pattern of Written Exam:
Questions will be Objective Type
Exam Duration- 2 Hour
