Candidates should require filling their online application form for Pharmacist to official site of PGIMER. Before application form filling they should requires to registration process.

Currently there is no updating of PGIMER Online Application Form for Pharmacist.
You can apply when the notification will come.

All unreserved applicants have need to pay Rs. 1000 /- as application fee .
All reserved category applicants will need pay Rs.500/- as application fee

After log in fill and Submit Online Application
Update Challan Details.
Upload Photograph.
Generate Duplicate Challan (Optional).
