About Immunopathology:

Immunopathology is a branch of medicine that deals with the immune responses associated with the disease.

It includes the study of pathology of organism, organ system or disease with respect to the immune system, immunity and immune responses.

Immunology is a sub-speciality of clinical pathology which often involves both laboratory medicine and clinical practice.
