Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) is AP State is a state Level Common Entrance Test for admission into Regular Post Graduation Courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy .

Commemcement of application submission :
05-03-2014.

Last date of submission without late fee :
20-04-2014.

Submission with late fee of .500/- :
06-05-2014.

Submission with late fee of .2000/- :
14-05-2014.

Submission with late fee of .5000/- :
20-05-2014.

The Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test or the PGECET is a state level common entrance exam in Andhra Pradesh for admission in various post graduate courses.

The courses offered under this system are in fields of architecture, pharmacy, engineering and special Graduate level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate).

The Masters Degree courses

The Masters Degree courses which can be taken after acquiring necessary scores in the PGECET are in the following subjects-
Masters in Engineering
Masters in Technology
Masters in Pharmacy
Masters in Architecture
Special Graduate Level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate) Masters Degree

Eligibility for PGECET

The Candidates applying for M.Tech Computer Science need to pass graduation from B.Tech, M.Sc, MCA or equivalent from recognized university also should have valid score in GATE/GPAT examination from CS.

The Candidates applying for M.Tech E.C.E are required to complete their graduation from B.Tech(ECE or EIE)

Age Limit for PGECET
Applicants must have not be less than 21 years of age to become eligible for this examination.

Important Dates in PGECET 2015:

Following are the important dates in PGECET 2015:
• Online applications will be available from 2nd week of June, 2015.
• Last date for receipt of completed application forms is in the 1st week of July, 2015.
• Date of Written Test and Interview will be in the 3rd week of July, 2015.
• Display of Merit List on university website is in the last week of July, 2015.
• Last date for Admission of First Round will be in 1st week of August, 2015.
• Commencement of classes is in the last week of August, 2015.
