Is it good to do PGDM from YCMOU or it is waste of time, Is YCMOU PGDM course also work on personality development and the communication skills of the student cause it is necessary requirement to get a good job?

Sorry to say you but the Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University does not offering PGDM degree. The Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University has MBA degree which is similar to PGDM.

You may get admission in Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University for MBA degree.
