AIIMS PG Exam is Organized by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi for the admission of individuals in a range of postgraduate courses such as MD/MS and MDS programs.

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates must have Done MBBS degree for MD/MS program or BDS degree if you want to pursue MDS program from a recognized university in order to be eligible.

You would need to have secured a minimum of 55% of total marks in your degree for general/ OBC category individuals and 50% in case of SC/ST category individuals.

AIIMS PG Exam Pattern

Course Total Questions Duration Negative Marks

MD/ MS 200 3 hours 1/3

MDS 90 90 minutes 1/3

There are a total of 200 multiple choice objective type questions for MD/ MS program and 90 for MDS program.

This exam is Computer Based Test and the length of the exam is 3 hours for MD/ MS and 90 minutes for MDS program.

For each wrong answer 1/3 marks will be deducted in the test and 1 mark will be added for every correct answer.
