Re: Percentage Required in B.Tech to apply for ISRO

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) conducts the entrance exam for admission of eligible candidates in its Bachelor of Technology courses under different disciplines

Name of the Exam:
ISRO Entrance Exam

Eligibility
The candidates should have passed 12th from the PCM Group along with a minimum percentage as stated.

The candidates should have Bachelor of Technology with at least 65% marks in aggregate.

The Candidates who are in the final year of the qualifying degree can also apply provided they can produce the same by the time final selections are made.

Exam Pattern:
There will be an objective type paper divided into 2 parts for each subject as given below:

Physics
Chemistry and
Mathematics

The candidates should score at least 60% marks in the written as well as interview.

For Refrigeration and Air Conditioning:
Advanced Thermodynamics
Advanced Heat Transfer
Instrumentation of Thermal Systems
Applied Mathematics for Thermal Engineers

For Civil Engineering:
Surveying
Structural Engineering
Transportation Engineering
Geotechnical Engineering
Engineering Mathematics
Environmental Engineering etc

Centre of Examination:
Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram
